First and foremost, our goal with emergency support is to be proactive instead of reactive. This means optimizing your website's performance and security so that WordPress emergencies never happen in the first place.

But if something does go wrong, we take emergencies very seriously. We focus on quick communication, explaining the crisis and how we are going to fix it, even if it's as simple as an auto-update emergency.

WordPress automates some of its core updates, especially the more critical ones. The rest, however, we perform on your website every week.

Without some handholding and close monitoring of your WordPress site, your visitors may be left befuddled when they unexpectedly encounter a misaligned page or broken plugin functionality. That may lead to an emergency!

Granted, you have backups to rescue you if such a thing should occur. But your best bet is to leave emergency services to us.

Your WordPress site is managed and monitored 24/7. What’s more, it's closely watched by our team, ensuring that emergencies are taken care of and updates have not adversely affected the security, performance, or user experience of your site.

My pricing structure for my support plans is set up to keep things lean with a global team. It just makes more sense to handle all our support through email. With that said, customer service is a huge priority of ours and you'll find our email support fast, effective and friendly!

Response times are typically between 2-6 hours. Resolution time, depending on the ticket is typically between 24-48 hours.

Short answer? It depends. Here's how the process works:

  • When you email support, you will receive an automated response right away, if it is submitted correctly.
  • Within 2-6 hours you will receive a response email that we have opened the ticket, we are looking at the complexity of it and will let you know when it has been resolved.
  • Within 24-48 hours you will receive a resolution email with the changes made on that ticket.

If the ticket is complex and we need more time, we will let you know if it is outside of that 48-hour window. Communication is key here with response and resolution times, we've got your back!

Unlimited edits do include edits to content on any page, changing banners, headers, or footers, changing plugin settings, CSS adjustments, blog content or context edits, adding a new landing page, formatting landing pages, changing images or text, adding coupon codes or updating shopping carts. Unlimited truly does mean unlimited too! 

Unlimited edits do not include custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc), updating custom code, graphic design, PSD to WordPress, creation of content or building out a new website or subdomain.


  • Included: You want us to upload blog content that you created with attached images that have been sent and format for WordPress with instructions
  • Not included: You want us to create a blog post, find images and upload to WordPress with no instruction for formatting


  • Included: You want us to add a new product to your WooCommerce store (for which you've provided all needed content).
  • Not included: You want us to create a custom checkout process for your WooCommerce store.


  • Included: You want us to install and set up a plugin to use it's built-in functionality.
  • Not included: You want us to create new functionality that doesn't exist in a plugin. (This would require custom development which may be available at an hourly development rate.)


  • Included: You want us to take the text that you emailed to us and use it to replace the current content on your About page.
  • Not included: You want us to write content for or design your About page.

If you’re invited to join my website care plan, that means you’ve already got a solid brand design online. These plans do not cover additional design requests.

However, I do offer Design Days are that are perfect for those one-time design requests or smaller projects.

We start providing services from day 1, so for that reason, our monthly care plans are non-refundable. However, we also understand needs evolve and change. So the monthly care plans are flexible and can be canceled with no questions asked. They are monthly rolling subscriptions.
