You've got questions? I've got answers!
Do you use WordPress?
Of course! I've been WordPress (.org) loyal since opening the doors to my business. I love the flexibility of the platform. From a simple opt-in splash page to robust membership sites, WordPress is my go-to.
Do you also offer copywriting services?
I feel copywriting and web design are two totally different animals and skillsets. I highly recommend all of my clients to hire a professional copywriter (+ I've got some really great contacts). However, if you plan on writing your own copy, I will do a light-proof as I'm designing as well as suggest heading placements and calls to action throughout.
Custom or template based?
All of my sites are custom designed but built on the Beaver Builder framework. I stick with Beaver Builder to ensure updates and edits are easy for my clients as their website and business evolves.
Will I need to hire a developer?
I've got all your development needs covered. This keeps everything smooth and consistent from start to finish. I've got you covered from discovery, strategy, design, development, launch, support and more!
Will I be able to make edits?
After launching, you'll have full access (+ knowhow) to edit and update your new site all on your own if you choose to do so.
Do you provide on-going support?
You betcha! I work with many clients long term supporting them with all of their website, digital strategy, and brand design needs. Think along the lines of PDF design, online courses, sales pages, funnels, graphic design, website maintenance and more.
Who do you recommend for hosting?
I'm currently with Siteground and recommend them to all my clients. All of which have seen huge improvements in their site speed after switching. They also have great support, are reliable and pretty affordable.
How long should I plan for this?
Depending on your project scope, you'll want to plan for 6-12 weeks from start to launch.
Do you only work with coaches?
While I tend to be known as the web designer for coaches, I've worked a variety of small businesses. The only caveat is I have to stand behind the work they're doing and feel we'd be a good fit for one another.
Can you put a rush on this?
I've been at this for a while now and have learned to respect the process. Every step is vital to the success of each project. I'm not the designer for those looking for a website in a week.
Who do you have experience working with?
I’ve built websites for interior designers, bloggers, speakers, insurance agents, consultants, best-selling authors, photographers, podcasters, retreat leaders, yoga instructors, attorneys, healthcare professionals… and, of course, many coaches including but not limited to: wellness coaches, career coaches, leadership coaches, corporate coaches, life coaches, divorce coaches, energy coaches, fitness coaches and more.
Do you have a team?
I handle all the strategy, systems, designs, client relationships, and development when it comes to projects. With that said, I do hire virtual assistants to support me with a variety of backend tasks, as needed.
